Refund Policy

At The Skin Collective, we aim to provide high-quality treatments and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

Deposits


Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable. They may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.

Cancellations & Rescheduling


We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Treatments


We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. Results may vary from person to person, and no guarantees can be made.

Courses & Packages


Courses or treatment packages are non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be forfeited if not used within the stated time period.

Products


Products may only be exchanged or refunded if faulty. Proof of purchase is required.

Prepaid Services


All prepaid treatments are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.
