By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Deposits


A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling


We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals


If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced or rescheduled. Full charges may still apply.

Treatments & Results


All treatments are carried out by trained professionals. Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Medical Information


Clients must provide accurate medical history and inform us of any changes. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not suitable or safe.

Payments


Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept card and cash.

 

Refunds


Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. We do not offer refunds on completed treatments.

Courses & Packages


Courses or packages must be used within the specified time frame and are non-refundable once started.

Liability


The Skin Collective is not liable for adverse reactions where aftercare advice has not been followed.
